This role supports home health patients across the local coverage territory and requires strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in patient homes.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum experience providing occupational therapy in home health or community-based settings preferred.
