Occupational Therapist (Rehab / Older Adult)

We are seeking an energetic, efficient and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient Allied Health Team, working in the area of rehabilitation with older adults. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a relevant area is preferred. The team is part of the wider Allied Health Inpatient team at Kenepuru Community Hospital and focuses on rehabilitation for patients with a variety of injuries and medical conditions. The OT in this role will hold a caseload of approximately 15 patients and may also be required to support the orthopaedic and neuro‑rehabilitation ward when needed. The emphasis of this role is on timely and high‑quality Occupational Therapy input, inter‑professional collaboration, assessment, decision making and complex discharge planning.
