An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time / part time band 5 OT to join our newly developing Pennine Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team.

LSCFT Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation is currently undergoing transformation across inpatient and community services in order to implement a robust pathway for people with complex mental health needs in the least restrictive and safest way. The need is to develop a range of service provision that will enable this and provide a whole pathway of support locally, identified in national plans and clinical guidance, which would include an inpatient and community service offer matched against the identified need of LSCFT population.
