Our innovative model bringsoutpatient-quality therapy directly to clients’ homes and communities, helping them build independence where real life happens.
What We’re Looking For:

+ LicensedOccupational Therapist

+ Passion for functional, real-world rehabilitation

+ Enjoy one-on-one care and interdisciplinary collaboration (PT, SLP, LCSW)
