We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Department at Jamestowne , a short-term rehab facility with an additional focus on outpatient services, with Community First Solutions . In this role, you'll provide comprehensive occupational therapy services including evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing reassessments, and discharge planning while collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You'll develop individualized care programs, modify treatments as resident needs change, and ensure optimal functional outcomes. Your expertise, compassion, and commitment to excellence will directly enhance residents' independence, daily functioning, and quality of life.
