Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina-just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a quiet, close-knit, family-oriented environment where we truly value our residents and staff. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team and help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
