Liquid Personnel is recruiting a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Manual Handling Team within Suffolk Adult Social Care for a short-term assignment focused on manual handling assessments and care package reviews.
What will your responsibilities be?
Delivering safe and timely front-line OT services across the directorate

Supporting triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting lists

Advising and supporting external care providers on safe moving and handling practices

Reviewing care packages to ensure best value and optimal use of equipment

Assessing and reducing double-handed care packages where appropriate

Providing mutual aid to other OT areas as needed

Completing OT assessments and reviews in line with best practice
