Overview

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for administering occupational therapy treatment to patients. He/She accurately documents the patient’s treatment and progress in all necessary forms in the patient chart in a timely manner as detailed in the department’s charting and documentation policy. He/She ensures that charging of patient procedures is aligned with the actual treatment session.
