The clinician in this role will work with adult patients presenting with a wide range of medical, surgical, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. Responsibilities

+ Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for adult acute care patients, including assessment of functional mobility, ADLs, cognition, vision, and safety.

+ Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to promote independence, recovery, and successful discharge planning.
