Scope of Work




Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.


*This position will provide coverage to Ludington and surrounding Areas*

+ Our therapists provide 1:1 care with our patients.

Standard Qualifications


+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program (Required)

+ Master's Degree (Preferred)

+ 1 year or more of relevant experience within Home Care/VNA (Preferred)...
