Responsibilities - Assess patients with hand and upper limb conditions and formulate individualized rehabilitation plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to maximize functional recovery and independence
- Fabricate, fit, and modify splints while recommending appropriate assistive devices and therapeutic solutions
- Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
