TITLE : Occupational Therapist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a licensed professional, adhere to the Occupational Therapy code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice. Participate in the IEP/Met teams throughout all school sites on an itinerant basis in order to develop skills and strategies to enhance the student's learning in the educational setting. As a member of the IEP/MET team, conduct assessments and help to determine student's eligibility for occupational therapy services and/or therapeutic support and provide these services as well as training, consultation and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners license
2. Minimum of a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in a major field of occupational therapy
3. National Board of the Certification of Occupational Therapy Examiners registration
