Mission

Lead the development and implementation of the company's Occupational Health strategy, driving employee wellbeing, workplace health, and regulatory compliance while supporting a best‑in‑class Health & Safety management system. Act as the organization's key medical advisor, working closely with Prevention Services and Infrastructure teams to promote continuous improvement across occupational health initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement Occupational Health strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
• Lead health surveillance programs, including medical protocols, epidemiological analysis, and preventive health actions.
• Develop and promote employee health, wellbeing, and workplace wellness initiatives.
