Our Petone branch is seeking an experienced Booking Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for our Occupational Health Services. This is a full-time permanent role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinating nurse schedules across NZ to optimise assessments and resource allocation
  • Supporting colleague training and assisting with data and record migration across systems, including during acquisitions and business transitions
  • Scheduling a range of occupational health services with appropriate clinicians
  • Triaging non-occupational health requests to the relevant internal departments
