What is an Expert Witness?
As a self-employed associate on our expert witness panel, you'll have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a new context, working alongside some of the UK's leading solicitors and insurers. You'll also be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team at Bush & Co—people who are genuinely passionate about the expert witness role, who value professional growth, and who are committed to making a meaningful contribution to every case.

You will work with both claimant and defendant solicitors on cases involving clients who have sustained serious injury as a result of alleged clinical negligence or personal injury, either to:

• Provide expert opinion on whether there has been a breach of duty, and where appropriate, whether that breach may have caused or contributed to the injury/outcome.
