Bonus: $40k sign on for 2 years-new to PH-must stay on nights for 2 years to get full bonus

Experienced RNs: ED or ICU experience is preferred. If RN is coming from a Med/Surg capacity, must have 3 years of experience. If coming from an Advanced Care capacity, 1-2 years of experience. Must have experience with advanced care level drips!

No new grad RNs or Transition Fellow.

Facility highlights:

• 73 beds

• 6 beds consider rapid treatment section (RTS) for lower acuity (Urgent Care type of pts). This area is staffed by 1 RN due to the lower acuity

• Only Level 1 Trauma Center in the region

• Teaching facility

• Most critical patients in the area

• RN Ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 max depending on assignment
