- In-office procedures including LEEP and colposcopy
- Dedicated OR access with block time throughout the week

- Efficient practice supported by experienced staff and EPIC EMR
Schedule & Call - Balanced weekly schedule: clinic, OR, and OB coverage
- Clinic approximately 2–3 days per week
- Call currently 1:8, improving to ~1:11 as team grows
