Position and Responsibilities

• OASIS QA Auditor
• Fully Review/Audit of OASIS (SOC,ROC,RECERT).
• Review the relevant documentation on each chart, including referrals, history, and physical summaries.
• Updating goals and interventions, generating a PT plan of care.
• Message Clinicians regarding major errors for them to address
• Updating Trackers/Masterlist
