The Contracts Counsel is a key management member of the Legal & Contracts function, responsible for managing customer contracts within GeoUnit. This includes overseeing the contracting process, resolving contractual issues, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. The role involves close collaboration with Sales & Commercial, Legal, Finance/Tax, HSE, Supply Chain, and operations. Additional tasks may include legal reviews, training, and support investigations, audits, and compliance processes.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Contract Management**: Own and manage the full customer contract process from tender evaluation to contract closure. Ensure contracts comply with SLB’s standards and policies.
