Job Summary:
Provides clinical dietetic services by ensuring the diet ordered by physician is received by the patient. Assists in clerical duties for Nutrition Services department.

Distributes and collects selected menus from patients timely and completely. Assists patient with menu selection as needed. Evaluates all food items served to patients for quality and temperature.
