About the Role

This is a contract-based position focused on supporting the early stages of nursing program development. The primary objective will be to help the college build the relationships, partnerships, and strategic groundwork necessary to establish clinical rotation opportunities in hospitals and other health care settings. The role may evolve into a full-time position if the program proceeds.

Key Areas of Contribution

• Advise on the Ontario nursing education and clinical placement setting
• Support outreach to hospitals and other health care organizations regarding student clinical rotations
• Leverage existing sector relationships to help establish placement partnerships
• Provide guidance on regulatory, qualified, and operational considerations related to nursing program development
