**Job Description :**

**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

Provides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Implements staff training, educational programs, and other AHNCI initiatives. (25%)
+ Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation. (25%)
+ Precepts new hires to the AHNCI. (25%)
+ Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients. (10%)
+ Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals. (5%)
+ Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services. (5%)
+ Other duties as assigned. (5%)
