Domestic Assistant

• Location: Willows Day Nursery | Stoke Mandeville | HP21 8BD
• Contract: Permanent – 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 15:00–20:00
• Salary: £25,096.50 per annum (pro‑rated) – £12.87 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the nursery.
• Perform professional house‑keeping tasks such as emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, and maintaining restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Support the kitchen team with washing‑up duties and care of laundry.
• Apply knowledge of COSHH and use initiative to uphold a safe environment.
• Advocate for safeguarding and ensure the well‑being of every child and adult within the nursery.
• Collaborate with colleagues, building supportive and respectful relationships.
