Nursery Class Teacher – St Benedict's Catholic Primary School

The Role

As Headteacher of St Benedict’s Catholic Primary School, I am delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring EYFS teacher to join us as our Nursery Class Teacher. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, working full time.

The successful candidate will join our committed staff team in ensuring that every child is known, valued and able to flourish and achieve from their very first steps in school.

The successful candidate will:

• Fully support the Catholic ethos of our school, embrace our values and vision for excellence in teaching and learning, and actively contribute to our mission statement.
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations for all children.
• Have a secure understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development, especially for those children with SEND.
