We are looking for a qualified Level 2 Nursery Assistant to join our team at Little Dragons Nursery within Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Working Hours

Full‑time; Monday to Friday 7:30 am–6:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week. Closed on bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year period. The team works on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide best possible care and stimulation for children, meeting their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs.
• Work in partnership with parents and encourage their involvement in child care and nursery aims.
• Maintain records in line with the EYFS statutory framework.
• Attend training courses to ensure modern, innovative practices are maintained and support personal career development.
• Assist in daily domestic management to keep the nursery safe, secure and clean.
