Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nurse Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare professionals and medical practices. The ideal candidate has a nursing background, excellent communication skills, and experience handling patient coordination, medical documentation, and healthcare-related administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination

Handle inbound and outbound patient communications

Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation

Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations

Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments

Update and manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

Support healthcare providers with administrative tasks...
