100% FTE, days. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00pm. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:

• Introduce patients to weight management program options
• Teach group class for patients in the surgical bariatric program.
• Manage postoperative Bariatric Surgery patients and provide discharge preparation, follow up plan of care, and education.
• Work up advanced foregut conditions (hiatal hernia, achalasia) prehabilitiation planning and optimization for surgery
