We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our nephrology team and work collaboratively with physicians and trainees in the care of patients with kidney disease and those with end-stage kidney disease receiving maintenance dialysis. Responsibilities include both inpatient and outpatient care, including evaluation and management of chronic kidney-related conditions, coordination of multidisciplinary care, patient education, and clinical documentation.
