Location: Orlando, Edgewood, Belle Isle, Winter Park, Maitland, Eatonville, Apopka
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
Visits: ~5-7 per day
On-Call: Paid, telephonic only, every 6-8 weeks
Assignment Length: 90 days
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide in-home and community-based primary care to patients across the Orlando area. This is a highly impactful role focused on preventing avoidable ER visits and hospitalizations by delivering longitudinal, relationship-based care.
