Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with minor acute illnesses and injuries, following established clinical protocols.
Provide preventive health services such as immunizations (including flu and COVID-19) and wellness screenings.
Conduct sport and camp physicals.
Perform diagnostic exams and manage treatment plans for conditions such as colds, sinus or ear infections, UTIs (12+ female), sprains, rashes, poison oak, insect bites, eczema, and acne.
Educate patients on self-care and when escalation of care is needed.
Utilize Epic EHR and deliver After-Visit Summaries; coordinate follow-up and updates with referring clinic...
