**Position Purpose**
Saint Peter’s Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Nurse Manager – Virtual Nursing Hub** to join our leadership team in Albany, New York. This is an **onsite role** responsible for leading clinical operations, driving quality outcomes, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment across the Virtual Nursing Hub and assigned units.

This leader will partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery through innovation, including virtual care models, while ensuring operational excellence and staff engagement. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, strong leadership experience, and the ability to leverage data and technology to support continuous improvement.
