**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services for patients through efficient and effective planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of material and human resources in the Intensive Care Unit to include Dialysis

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
+ Four (4) years clinical experience required.
+ Six (6) months experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
