Oversees daily operations in the care delivery of assigned department, continually assessing performance to improve productivity, quality and efficiency. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment, supplies, staffing and training of co-workers. Actively participates in nursing leadership to promote ongoing Nursing Excellence. Ensures performance supports the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic goals of OZH.

BSN in Nursing or completion within 36 months of hire.
