You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Meeting Assumption of Care standards as set by HCA

Assists in managing department flow through coordination with assigned Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Recommends and implements courses of action including training and development of relief EMS RNs

Responsible for properly reception of the patient and initiating patient care

Will properly hand off each patient to receiving RN for continuity of care
