**Requirements:**

+ Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
+ Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (N)
+ Certification through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
+ An active, current state license **(AZ)**
+ American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
+ Additional certifications may be required
