Responsibilities
Participating in New Production Introduction (NPI) activities.Being responsible for Cost Modelling for new parts RFQ.Being responsible for tooling and process design.Approving BOM and process flow for new parts in the BOM System.Driving production by reducing/eliminating equipment and tooling downtime using good analytical methodologies.Creating and maintaining process flow, PFMEA, and Operation, and Maintenance documentation.Minimizing manpower cost and product cost standards by utilizing good assembly methodologies and ergonomics.Supporting and maintaining error-proofing methodologies.Supporting facility and production cell enhancementsCreating the layout of machinery, and equipment within factory premisesPlanning and scheduling production capacity to meet output and achieve e...
