Role Description

• Lead the development of new rubber and engineering plastic parts
• You’ll work on product feasibility, process optimization and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.
• Execute trials, document results and ensure Right First Time (RFT) .
• Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
• Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
• Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures and maintain master samples.
• Prepare Costing for New Products & Tool Development
• Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).
