            Job Details:  Pay Rate: $90/hr 
 Qualifications: NP/PA Urgent Care 
 Board Certified 
 DOT Certification 
 2 years experience 
 Facility: An Urgent Care Setting 
 Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing (6+ months) 
 156 hrs per month (4 weekend shifts per month) 
 Must have a minimum of 6 shifts available each month 
 Clinic is open 8a-8p 
 Shifts will be 12 hours 
 No Call 
 Assignment: Outpatient 
 Providers should be willing to float to other locations.
