Medical Center seeking Orthopedic APP for total joint --Outpatient and inpatient role --Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm) --Protected administrative time (4 hours per week) --Call Schedule for Physician's (supervision of physicians will be determined during recruitment based on experience and specialty interest of APP): Shared call with other orthopedic surgeons, approximately 1:8 to 1:9 rotation for ED call - Clinic Call is 1:6 --Call Schedule for APP: clinic first then back up call of on call physician --Support Staff: Dedicated orthopedic nurse, PAs, and experienced surgical teams --Cerner EMR --Average Patient Volume: 17-20 patients per day --Demographics: Primarily adult patients with a range of orthopedic issues, focusing on those requiring joint replacement surgeries --Visit types: Initial consultations, pre-operative planning, post-operative follow-ups, and management of chronic ortho issues advised with care plan of supervising physician. --Joint replacement, mako r...
