Responsibilities - Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Coordinate specialist consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Be stationed at the Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height, weight, and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
