7 Months Contract Social Service Executive (Degree in Psychology/ Social Service) Job Summary
Support the Inpatient Clinical Operations Team to facilitate seamless transition of patients with proficient social screening and assessment of referrals.
Assist with bed allocation and bed management tasks to facilitate expedient transfer of patients and ensure optimal utilization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform social and financial assessment of Inpatient referrals including financial counselling to patients and their families.
Provide necessary recommendations in the assessments.
Assist with bed allocation and bed management, when necessary.
Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations, to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
