Salary: £30,849 - £33,896 (assuming good attendance). Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off).
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, sharing both the highs and the lows. As a Night Support Worker, you will help young people recover from trauma, illness or restlessness and provide safe, supportive care throughout the night.
• Provide responsive, compassionate support when a young person wakes in the middle of the night, helping them manage trauma, illness, or sleeplessness.
• Build trust and rapport with young people to become a reliable source of comfort during times of distress.
• Perform routine tasks during quieter periods, including paperwork, cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe, tidy home environment.
