You will oversee a dedicated team of 16 warehouse operatives, ensuring our fresh produce meets the highest standards before distribution. Key Responsibilities
Lead & Train: Manage, motivate, and coordinate 16 night-shift team members, actively training them in outgoing quality control standards.
Outgoing Quality Control: Inspect outgoing produce orders for final freshness, grading, and premium presentation before dispatch.
