Insight Global is looking for a Production Team lead with an engineering background and a strong technical mindset that will be responsible for leading production department teams of Packaging Technicians and Spray Operators during night shift operations. This role is designed as a developmental pathway for engineers who want hands on plant experience, exposure to complex manufacturing processes, and long term growth into leadership or process engineering roles. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a technical background- someone who can troubleshoot processes, understand system behavior, and independently think through technical challenges in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
