**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support continuous operations
+ Load, transport, and handle raw materials and finished products as required
+ Follow safety procedures and company policies while maintaining clean work areas
+ Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and resolve issues
