Qualifications

• Must have more than 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager in a BPO setup
• Strong background in UMR, Prior Authorization, and Billing
• Experience handling US Healthcare accounts
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Amenable to 100 percent onsite work in Ortigas
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
