We are currently looking for a Receptionist for Summer (June‑August) to join our team at one of our residences in Salamanca, supporting our residents and visitors during a key operational period. As the face of the residence, you will play a central role in the day‑to‑day reception operations: welcoming residents and guests, handling queries, supporting check‑ins and check‑outs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent service experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience.
• Manage front desk and telephone support, responding to queries, requests, and issues with a strong customer service focus.
• Support check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, particularly during busy operational periods.
