The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple…to clean the restaurant to the highest standard overnight.
What I do
Good at cleaning? Can you work shift from 10:30Pm to 2:30Am?
You will need to reset each position throughout the night and clean every area in the back of housework with another person.I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standardsI follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measuresPerks of the role
