POSITION SUMMARY

The Night Supervisor maintains nursing unit goals and objectives and is responsible for the supervision of nursing unit(s). The House Supervisor ensures compliance of nursing practices, procedures, systems, and processes with company policy as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The House Supervisor coordinates programs and services under the direction and in consultation with the Director of Nursing (DON).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provide guidance, supervision, and management oversight to all nursing staff on all shifts.

 Ensure compliance with company policies as well as all federal, state, and local regulations.

 Supervises the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON as directed.
