Rate: $35 USD per hour

**Description**

**Job Summary**

Position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all Fire Protection operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. Position also coordinates activities of electronic control systems including, but not limited to automatic doors, vehicle gates, master clock systems and VTE maintenance.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Perform O & M Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contract(s).
+ Oversight and Management of NICET Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Technicians and sub-contractors.
+ Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts.
